Online Presence Check

Paste your website address. We look at your public site the way a customer on a phone would, add your Google rating and reviews if you give us a business name and city, and show you a score with the three fixes that matter most.

Check my website

Automated check – not an audit or a guarantee. Results vary; search rankings are controlled by Google.

How your information is used: we load your public web page once to run the checks, and we don't save the address, the results or anything you type. No cookies, no tracking. If you add a business name and city, they are sent to Google to look up your public Google profile.

For example: yourbusiness.com

Optional: also check your Google profile and reviews

The score weighs what customers look for first: works on a phone, tap to call, hours, menu or services, a way to book or order, and (if you add your name and city) your Google rating and reviews.

No website? Answer six quick questions

No website yet, or the check couldn't read yours? These six yes-or-no questions give you a simple score and the gaps worth fixing first. They run only in your browser: nothing is sent anywhere.

Self-check – not an audit or a guarantee. Results vary; search rankings are controlled by Google.

1. Do you have a website that works well on a phone?

Opens fast, readable without zooming, with a tap-to-call button.

2. Is your Google Business Profile claimed, and are the hours, phone and address right?

The panel that shows up in Google Search and Maps when someone looks you up.

3. Have you had recent Google reviews, or do you have an easy way to ask for them?

For example a QR card at the counter or a request after each visit.

4. Can customers book, order or request a quote online?

Any way to say “yes” without calling during business hours.

5. Do you post on Facebook or Instagram at least a few times a month?

Profiles that exist, show your logo and hours, and have recent posts.

6. Do you text or follow up with customers after they visit or call?

Reminders, “ready for pickup” notes, missed-call replies, rebook nudges.

Each “Yes” adds to the score. Website and Google profile count a little more because people usually check those first. A score is just a conversation starter.

What the check looks at

  • On your website: secure (https), how fast it answers, works on phones, tap-to-call, page title and description, business details for Google, hours and address, menu (restaurants), reserve/order/book links, Facebook and Instagram, map link, site icon, image descriptions.
  • On Google (when you add a name and city): whether your profile is found, star rating, number of reviews, opening hours, website listed, and how recent the newest reviews look.

The six questions

  • Do you have a website that works well on a phone? A one-page mobile site with tap-to-call, map, hours and services (Get Online).
  • Is your Google Business Profile claimed, and are the hours, phone and address right? Claim and fully fill out your Google Business Profile, then clean up your listings on the core sites (Found).
  • Have you had recent Google reviews, or do you have an easy way to ask for them? A review QR card and a simple request after every visit (Booked).
  • Can customers book, order or request a quote online? A booking, ordering or quote-request link connected to your site and profile (Booked).
  • Do you post on Facebook or Instagram at least a few times a month? Branded profiles plus regular posts you approve before they go out (Booked).
  • Do you text or follow up with customers after they visit or call? One automation aimed at your business's biggest problem (Automated).

About this check

Is this an SEO audit?

No. It is a quick automated look at public information on your site and, if you add a name and city, your Google profile. It can't see inside your Google or social accounts, and it can't predict where you show up. Results vary; search rankings are controlled by Google.

What happens to the address I enter?

Our server loads that public page once to run the checks. We don't save the address, the results or anything you type, and the check sets no cookies. If you add a business name and city, they are sent to Google to look up your public Google profile. Our host, Cloudflare, processes the request the way any web host does.

Why did it say my site blocked the check, or the results look incomplete?

Some websites turn away automated visitors, and some build their pages with JavaScript so key details aren't in the page source we read. That doesn't mean anything is wrong. Try the six quick questions, or book a free call and we'll look at it together.

Why does it suggest a package?

Each gap lines up with a step on our price calculator, so the suggestion is simply the step that covers it. Every project is quoted in writing after a free call.

What about texting customers?

Where we set up texting, marketing texts go only to customers who opt in.

Want to go through it together?

A free call first, then a written scope. No invoice until you've seen it in writing.
